I like to think of myself as the activator, the catalyst, the person at the table to point out where the hard work needs to be done. I’m in the business of impact and change. Let’s do it together. Let me be the new set of spark plugs in the vehicle you are building for change at your corporation.

Throughout my career, I've been obsessed with digital marketing - from crafting clever campaigns to forming strategic partnerships. My innovations to optimize the CX experience at Creative Circle turned the staffing marketing world on its head, all while securing big wins with major players like Netflix with my diversity, inclusion and equity background.

But something was missing. I yearned for a more profound purpose, so I joined the Black Girl Ventures Foundation to help break down barriers for Black and Brown women founders. As the Director of Branding and Marketing Strategy, I used my marketing superpowers to help businesses overcome obstacles to social capital. Later, I served as COO, working tirelessly to move the Foundation's mission forward.

These experiences taught me invaluable lessons about the importance of research-backed innovation and strategic scaling, which inspired to challenge the expectations of the world. The world used to be able to overlook the underpaid, the underserved, the overlooked and the overwhelmed.  But now we all should feel that way because of the state of our world we live in.  Those "states" are the places strategy is needed.
